Unlike Windows, Unix-based systems use a case-sensitive file structure, and the way the html pages are currently referenced breaks all CSS and HTML linking. This commit fixes that, allowing it to work on Unix systems.

I don't think this is needed anymore, as the filenames have been changed to use lowercase since the PR was made. |
